Hi, I’m Eleri – internationally certified hypnotist, and a former expert in second-guessing myself.
When anxiety and PTSD had me stuck on repeat, I already knew the breathing tips and mindset hacks…yet I couldn’t switch off the inner alarm bells. Hypnosis changed that. In a gentle collaborative space, my subconscious and I started working with each other – bringing calm, clarity, and the confidence to act.

Will I be asleep or unconscious?
No – You’ll remain aware and in control the whole time. It’s similar to a daydream or deep meditation. You can speak, move, and even choose to end the session if you need to.
What can hypnosis help with?
Hypnosis can support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, insomnia, weight loss, breaking bad habits, low self-esteem, emotional triggers, and more.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goals, and you. Some people see big shifts in just one session, while others benefit from a few sessions to create lasting change. Bundle options are available for ongoing support.
Is Hypnosis safe?
Yes. Hypnosis is a very safe, gentle practice when done with a trained practitioner. Hypnosis can be a very gentle and respectful approach. You remain in control at all times, and we always go at your pace, nothing is forced or re-lived.
The intention is to support a sense of inner safety and steadiness, allowing you to work with your subconscious in a way that feels grounded and empowering.
If you have a history of trauma or are currently under the care of a mental health professional, a note from your doctor or therapist is required before beginning hypnosis sessions. This helps ensure the work is appropriate and aligned with your overall support plan.
How do we begin?
All coaching and hypnosis relationships begin with a free, no pressure 15-minute connection call. This can take place via phone call, video chat, or in-person for local folks.
